About
What started during COVID as a way to pass the time, relax and enjoy some good R&B music turned into something I never expected - a BBQ catering business.
I started smoking meat at home, letting the smoke roll while the slow jams played. I began sharing my food online and before long, friends, family and complete strangers were asking, “When can I place an order?”
One plate, one post, and one smoke session at a time, Big Charlie’s Smokehouse was born.
Today, I’m still doing it the same way I started - with real smoke, good music and food for which I’m proud to stamp my name.
